In 2007 a material change in the ownership structure took place. Nova Kreditna banka Maribor dd which previously had held 25.4 % of Adria Bank acquired the majority.
Since 5 June 2014 Nova Kreditna banka Maribor dd has been the sole shareholder of Adira Bank Aktiengesellschaft.
