The Agency for the Management of Treasury and Public Debt - IGCP, EPE is the public entity who is responsible, pursuant to Decree-Law n. 200/2012 of 27 August, manage, in an integrated manner, the treasury, the financing and debt direct State debt of the public sector entities whose corporate funding is provided through the state budget and also coordinate the financing of funds and services with administrative and financial autonomy.
