The Alpha RHEINTAL AG was formed through a merger of the Savings Bank Berneck and Savings Bank Balgach on 1 January 2000. As the third member savings Oberriet was integrated during the year 2003 in the Alpha RHEINTAL Bank AG, whereby the presence of the Rhine Valley has been expanded. The founding banks were 1868 (Balgach) and 1869 (Berneck) and Oberriet launched in 1861. The Alpha RHEINTAL Bank AG may thus look back on over 150 years of company history.
