BZ Bank Aktiengesellschaft was founded by Martin Ebner in May 1985 as AuBZ Bank Zorich AktiengesellschaftAu. The Bank moved its domicile from Zurich to Wilen bei Wollerau (Canton Schwyz) in 1997. The main services include securities trading, equities brokerage, wealth management and advisory services for selected clients, asset management, management of collective investment schemes as well as corporate advisory. As a result of the specialization of the banking activities, the main source of revenue are trading commissions and advisory fees.
