CCC La Capital del Plata Ltda governed by Law 20,337 of Cooperative Societies, was founded on September 9, 1950 with the objective of supporting credit demands, promotion and development of small and medium enterprises, and service partners. From the April 4, 1997, by-laws reform operates also with unaffiliated third parties, providing the same quality of services to their own members. From the July 20, 1981 is governed by the Central Bank of Argentina, to be authorized to operate within the "Regime of the Financial Institutions Act No. 21526."
