ComBanc SA is a company that runs the Clearing House for High Value Payments, and it was incorporated as a full-bank-owned-company to support of the BankerAos Draft, article 74, under the General Banking Act, and its existence was authorized by the Superintendence for Banks and Financial Institutions. Furthermore, it is subject to regulations set in Chapter III.H.5 compendium of financial regulations of the Chilean Central Bank and the control by the Superintendence for Banks and Institutions.
