We are a registered securities broker-dealer, a futures commission merchant, a Primary Dealer of U.S. Treasury securities, and a member of the New York Stock Exchange and other major U.S. exchanges. Currently, we focus mainly on sales and trading of Japanese, Asian, and U.S. equities, fixed income instruments, financial futures, and investment banking. Its parent company is Daiwa Capital Markets America Holdings Inc. (formerly known as Daiwa America Corporation), which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Daiwa International Holdings Inc., which itself is a subsidiary of Daiwa Securities Group Inc.
