Landolt & Cie SA, which has been a Swiss bank since 1780, and Banque Degroof Luxembourg are pleased to announce the creation of a partnership that results as of July 1st 2013 in the integration of the Swiss subsidiary of Banque Degroof Luxembourg SA with Landolt & Cie SA, which will be domiciled in Switzerland and will remain a Swiss private bank. The merger of the Degroof Group's Swiss subsidiary and Landolt & Cie SA makes it possible to bring together, in the great tradition of Swiss private banks, two family establishments which are amongst the oldest in Europe.
