InCore Bank AG was spun off from Maerki Baumann & Co. AG on 1 January 2007. Under the spin-off, the strategic business segments of trade, back office and operations were transferred to the newly formed InCore Bank AG. Since that time, InCore bank AG has been fully owned by Maerki Baumann Holding AG, which in turn is owned by the Syz family. The Board of Directors, chaired by Reto Himmel, and the management under the direction of Roland Eilinger (CEO), Mark Dambacher (Deputy CEO), Ren Hertach and Ernst Bollhalder, consistently follow a clear vision together with the employees of InCore Bank AG.
