Islamic Finance and Investment Limited (IFIL) is a financial Institution incorporated in Bangladesh on February 27, 2001 as a Public Limited Company under the Companies Act, 1994. The company obtained its license from Bangladesh Bank on April 12, 2001 as required under Section 4(1) of the Financial Institutions Act, 1993. IFIL has a authorized capital of Tk. 1000.00 million out of which Tk. 1016.814 million is paid up. The Company went for public issue in 2005.
