Open joint-stock-commercial bank "Kapitalbank" - one of the first private commercial banks of Uzbekistan. Since April, 2001 the Bank has started to function successfully on the basis of the License of the Central bank of Republic Uzbekistan. After merge in 2004 with joint-stock-commercial bank "Aviabank" (Tashkent) the Bank has been re-registered in the form of joint-stock-commercial bank. In December, 2008 the Bank has registered the Charter in a new wording with the Bank full name - open joint-stock-commercial bank "Kapitalbank". The bank has the license of the Central bank for carrying out of bank operations Nn69 from December, 27th, 2008, and also the General license for carrying out of operations in foreign currency Nn41 from December, 27th, 2008.
