Kedr Bank was established in 1991 in Siberia with Participation of Several Strategic Enterprises of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. As of Today, Kedr Bank is in the center of the Region's Business and Financial life. A significant part of its business is concentrated in the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Republic of Khakassia. Since 2002 the Bank has developed ITS Regional network in order to Provide Effective Services to the existing clients and to Attract New ones.
