The Swiss Brokerage Oliveira began his activities in July 2, 1975, when Carlos Adolpho de Oliveira Franco acquired New Paran Brokerage Securities and Exchange Ltd., owner of Charter A68/256, issued by the Central Bank of Brazil and Title Sheet , number 3, the Stock Exchange of Paran, member of the Stock Exchange since its founding. Since then, Oliveira Franco Brokerage carries the mediation of fixed income and variable. In fixed income, with reference to the bonds, always worked with bonds issued by the Treasury and the Central Bank of Brazil and with reference to the bonds worked with Bills of Exchange and currently with Certificates of Deposit (CDB). In 2005 when the Stock Exchange of Paran filed for incorporation by the Stock Exchange (BOVESPA) Oliveira Franco Brokerage acquired a Title Sheet of the Stock Exchange of San Paulo and started to operate directly in the equity market.
