The Pilla Brokerage Securities and Exchange Ltd. , was incorporated on September 28, 1967, under the corporate name of Birnfeld Pilla & Brokerage Securities and Exchange Ltda. In January 1974, Pilla was integrated into the group of companies of the former federation of cooperatives Wheat and Soy in Rio Grande do Sul, with the main focus on the intermediation of foreign exchange for imports and exports. In October 1985, with a new corporate and administrative restructuring, the brokerage firm concentrated its focus on equity investors, funds and investment clubs, retreating gradually exchange.
