Primterkombank - this is the first commercial bank of Primorye, founded in 1988 and is registered in 21 Russian bank. With the beginning of perestroika in 1985, the Politburo of the CPSU Central Committee has decided to develop new business relationships in the country. Unions were organized cooperators. In 1988, the largest union of cooperatives in the Urals was the Union of Cooperators in the Primorsky Territory, which included 30 cooperatives of Kamchatka, Magadan and Primorsky Krai (until 3500). For the development of the cooperative movement needed funds, so the State Bank of the USSR decided to organize a co-operative banks. It was new, the unknown. With the direct participation of the Head of the State Bank of the Primorsky Rud'ko-Victor V. Selivanov has formed a set of documents for registration of the new bank. The founder of it was the Union of Cooperators of Primorsky Krai (this included all of the first founders of the bank - cooperatives), which led Ignatenko Oleg L..
