SPELC Federal Credit Union is a financial cooperative, dedicated to serving its members. Originally chartered in 1957 to service the employees of Southern Pacific Railroad in the Lake Charles, Louisiana area. Over the years through charter changes and mergers, our credit union now serves a much boarder group. Our field of membership now consists of over 60 different companies, it also includes a large portion of the Lake Charles area.
