The company launched Thakher Makkah project, one of the largest real estate projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with a total area of 320,000 m2 and an ability to accommodate about 200,000 people. The project features hotel, residential, commercial, and service units, in addition to centers and public areas that include mosques, service facilities and green spaces. The project is distinguished by its proximity to the Holy Mosque, as it is situated less than 1,300 meters away. It also overlooks the city of Makkah with ease of access to all the holy sites.
