Back in 1936 two companies, Central Maine Power Co. and Hannaford Bros. Co., decided to start credit unions to provide a cost-effective, personalized source of credit for their employees. The two credit unions have traveled similar paths ever since being chartered seventy-five years ago. The focus has always been to serve the employees and families of our founding companies Central Maine Power Co. and Hannaford Bros. Co.
