Since 2004 the Company is licensed and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CYSEC) operating as a Cypriot Investment Firm under license number KEPEY 049/04. With the introduction of the pan European MIFID framework in 2007 and its transposition in Cypriot Law under the Investment Services and Activities and Regulated Markets Law of 2007 (Law 144(I)/2007) and CySEC directive DI144-2007-02, the company is able to offer its services within any EU member state.
